Regular Fran (95 lbs): 2:13

Heavy Fran (135 lbs): 5:25

*Note – Fran is usually done with a weight of 95 lbs, in the video Rich and Rory are using 135 lbs. for thrusters and a 45 lb dumbbell for the pull ups.
