What if I told you a CrossFit Champion wakes up every day…not wanting to workout?

That’s exactly how 2014 Fittest Woman on Earth, Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, feels.





In a recent Facebook post, Camille explained what goes on in her mind when she isn’t quite ready to leave the comforts of her bed (and we’ve all been there):



“I just wanted to write a little glimpse of truth here…

I don’t think that there is such thing as waking up in the morning with an insane amount of energy…

feeling strong and ready to attack the day… 99% of the time I do feel like staying in bed …

now here is the catch I acknowledge that those are just feeling and that feeling accomplish when I go to bed is the best…

getting 1% better every day is my focus and I know it will be hard but it will be worth it…

I’ve been working really hard this year on being more resilient and consistent …

the more you do something especially when you don’t want to or when its hard the easier those decisions are going to become…

my motivation is simply getting 1 % better and using a challenge as stepping stones…

not waiting for the day I feel good or the day I do find motivation…

I CREATE my own motivation … I hope this is helpful”
